Loan Officer Finder for Wix

What it does

The app adds one widget to your Wix site. It works two ways, and you choose in its Settings:

• One home

  Put it on a listing page. It matches loan officers to the home's location, price and property type. Above the conforming loan limit it adds jumbo specialists, and you can add VA loan officers too.

• Search form

  Visitors pick a city or ZIP, a loan type and a language, and see loan officers who match.

Each card shows the loan officer's name, lender, NMLS number, specialties, languages, license details and office, with a link to their full profile. No phone numbers or email addresses are shown, and no one can pay to rank higher. By default the widget uses your site's theme colors and fonts; you can also pick your own colors, columns and number of results.

Add it in the Wix editor

1. Install Loan Officer Finder from the Wix App Market. It adds the widget to your home page. To put it on another page, open Add Elements in the editor and find Loan Officer Finder under your apps.
2. Click the widget, then Settings.
3. Under What to show, choose Search form or One home.
4. Enter your area: a 5-digit ZIP code, or a city and state. In the editor you see sample results for Phoenix, AZ until you do.
5. For one home, add its price and property type, and turn on Also match VA loan officers if it fits.
6. Optional: pick a default loan type and language, how many loan officers to show, columns, photos, and colors under Design. You can also turn on the line "Loan officer data by LenDb.ai" (off by default).
7. Publish your site. Check the live page: theme colors and fonts are exact only on the published site.

Privacy

Loan officer data comes from LenDb.ai, a public database of US mortgage loan officers that Alon Goren, the maker of this app, is involved with.

Results load in your visitor's browser straight from the LenDb.ai API. That means LenDb.ai receives the visitor's IP address, browser details and the search itself (place, loan type, language and, on a listing page, the home's property type and whether it needs a jumbo or VA loan). It does not receive the visitor's name or contact details, and requests carry no referrer, so the page address is not sent.

The widget sets no cookies and stores nothing in the visitor's browser. Loan officer photos load from their lenders' websites, also with no referrer, and you can turn photos off in Settings. The app does not ask for access to your Wix site's data. Please mention LenDb.ai in your site's privacy policy.
